• Netlify (our form and hosting provider) for form processing

Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By submitting an application or purchasing services from JobTrek Designs, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Our Services

JobTrek Designs provides custom website design and development services for home service businesses. Our process is as follows:

• You submit an application with your business information
• We build a custom website preview at no charge
• You review the preview and request any revisions
• If you choose to proceed, you pay the agreed amount and we launch your site

3. Payment

Payment is due in full prior to the launch of your website. We accept payment via the methods communicated to you at the time of your agreement. Your site will not go live until payment has been received and confirmed.

4. Revisions

Before payment, we will make reasonable revisions to your website preview based on your feedback. Revision requests must be submitted prior to payment. After payment and launch, any further changes may be subject to additional fees.

5. Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the website code and content we have created for you. JobTrek Designs retains the right to display your website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Hosting

Your website will be hosted on JobTrek Designs' Netlify account free of charge. We manage all hosting, deployments, and technical maintenance. You are not required to create or manage a Netlify account. Domain registration remains your responsibility. You may request a transfer of hosting to your own Netlify account at any time after all balances are paid in full. JobTrek Designs is not responsible for downtime caused by Netlify's infrastructure or third-party service outages.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information at the time of application
• Supplying any logos, photos, or brand assets in a timely manner
• Reviewing your preview and communicating revision requests before payment
• Purchasing and managing your own domain name
• Ensuring all content provided to us does not infringe on any third-party rights

8. Limitation of Liability

JobTrek Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Project Timeline

We will deliver your website preview within 48 hours of receiving your completed application. If you have not provided a logo, photos, or brand assets, we will proceed with professional placeholder content and update your site once assets are received. Delivery timelines may be extended if required assets are not submitted promptly.

10. Preview Expiration

Your website preview link will remain active for 48 hours from the date it is sent. If we do not receive a response, revision request, or payment within 48 hours, the project will be considered inactive and closed. You are welcome to reapply at any time, but we cannot guarantee availability or the same pricing.

11. Revisions

Prior to payment, we offer up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional charge. A revision round is defined as a single consolidated list of changes submitted via email. Each revision round will be completed within 48 hours. Requests that constitute a significant redesign or scope change beyond the original application may be treated as a new project. After payment and launch, additional revisions are available at an hourly rate communicated at that time.

12. What Is Included in Your Package

The $1,799 package includes the following deliverables:

• One (1) custom homepage designed for your brand
• Up to ten (10) city or service area landing pages
• Six (6) SEO-optimized blog posts written and published
• One (1) FAQ page with Google schema markup
• One (1) recent jobs / photo gallery page
• Lead capture contact form connected to your email
• Mobile optimization for all pages
• Google Search Console setup and sitemap submission
• Netlify hosting setup and domain connection assistance
• Privacy policy and terms of service pages

Any pages, features, or functionality not listed above are not included and may be quoted separately upon request.

13. Domain and Launch

Your website will be hosted on JobTrek Designs' Netlify account at no additional cost to you. We handle all hosting setup and deployment. You are responsible for purchasing your own domain name — we recommend Namecheap or Google Domains (~$12/year). Once you have a domain, you will need to update your domain nameservers to the values we provide. We will guide you through this process step by step. DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours and is outside our control.

JobTrek Designs retains administrative access to your hosted website at all times. In the event of non-payment for agreed services, JobTrek Designs reserves the right to suspend or take down the hosted site with 7 days written notice. You may request a full transfer of the site files and hosting to your own account at any time after all outstanding balances are settled.

14. Client-Provided Assets

By submitting a logo, photos, written content, or any other materials to JobTrek Designs, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use all submitted assets. You grant JobTrek Designs a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of building your website. JobTrek Designs is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from client-provided content.

15. Communication

All project communication will take place via email. We aim to respond to all client emails within one (1) business day. Revision requests, asset submissions, and approval confirmations must be submitted in writing via email to ensure an accurate record. Verbal or informal agreements outside of email are not binding.

16. Google Rankings

While we implement best-practice SEO strategies on every website we build, we make no guarantee of specific Google rankings or search engine positions. Search engine results are determined by Google's algorithms, which are outside our control.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
